The crowd-creation space is a manifestation of the development innovation theory to certain stage. With creation space, problem optimizing resource allocation has become research hotspot. emergence cloud computing provides new idea for solving allocation. Common algorithms include genetic algorithms, simulated annealing and ant colony algorithms. These have their obvious shortcomings, which are not conducive optimal computing. Based on this, this paper proposes an In environment, algorithm adopts combination optimizes it by citing some mechanisms algorithm. in improved (HGAACO). paper, feasibility verified through experiments. experimental results show that with 20 tasks, task time 93ms, 90ms, proposed 74ms, obviously superior. reference value creative optimization
